with your help an outline of what we plan to accomplish
April 2008 New Family English Classroom ACCOMPLISHED
Open at least one more Family English School in southern Kyoto.
As we are 100% self funded, these schools are what enable us to operate our relief and scholorship programs.
September 2008 World Food Day ACCOMPLISHED
Our goal this year is to once again gather rice thru local food drives.
Working with the United Nations F.A.0 to organize and support events for World Food Day is our no. 1 goal for Japan.
Septemeber 2008 New Kozmoz Center Kyoto ACCOMPLISHED
Secure a new facility in Kyoto with both office space and warehouse space.
We have outgrown our current center in southern Kyoto and look forward to getting a new facility for offices, meetings, and warehouse.
January 2009 Expand American Internship Program
Our goal for 2009 is to have at least 30 people participate in our N.P.O internship program.
Hands on education is major focus of Kozmoz, and for Japan that means hands on training to expand the NGO sector.
August 2009 New Family English School
Our next target area is near Sumizomi and Fujinomori stations.
Each school brings us closer to our goal of being able to open a Japanese Mexican Exhange Center in Mexico
July 2009 Return to Mexico
The needs are great and the opportunities abound.
Education in sustainable Agriculture and aid to impoverished areas can bring huge dividends to the world
September 2009 Scholorship Internships to graduating Japanese orphans
With your help, we should be able to finance at least 2 overseas internships
Few Japanese orphans have the opportunity to continue their education past 18 years of age. We can only do so much but as finances allows we hope to expand this program.
Oct 2009 World Food Day
Our target is to have at least 100 schools helping out
Each school that helps brings the knowlege that even in Japan there are a lot of people unable to buy a standard market basket of goods to hundreds of young people that will shape the policies of the government and business in the future.
